What Is Nervonic acid?

Nervonic acid is primarily derived from plant seed oils, with Malania oleifera (garlic fruit) containing the highest concentration at approximately 47%–51%, followed by Acer truncatum (purple maple) and Xanthoceras sorbifolium (yellowhorn).
