Food Grade Silicon Dioxide Powder (E551) is a high-purity, white, odorless, and tasteless powder primarily manufactured through synthetic processes such as precipitation or fumed methods. Its core active ingredient is amorphous silicon dioxide (SiO₂), which boasts a purity of 99.8% or higher. 

It is chemically inert, insoluble in water, and functions as an effective anti-caking agent, flow aid, and carrier in food and nutraceuticals. It is widely used in spices, salt, milk powder, protein supplements, and beverages.


Product Applications
