Ceramides Mixture
What is Ceramides Mixture?
Ceramides Mixture is a class of amide compounds formed by dehydration of long-chain fatty acids and the amino group of sphingosine, mainly including ceramide phosphocholine and ceramide phosphoethanolamine. Phospholipids are the main components of cell membrane, and 40% to 50% of sebaceous lipids in cuticle are composed of ceramide, which is the main part of the intercellular matrix. It plays an important role in maintaining the balance of water in the cuticle. Ceramides have a strong ability to associate with water molecules and maintain skin moisture by forming a network in the stratum corneum. Therefore, ceramide has the effect of keeping skin moisture.
Product Applications
Action of barrier
Experimental studies have shown that Ceramides Mixture plays an important role in maintaining skin barrier function.
Action of adhesion
Experimental study showed that the level of Ceramides Mixture was directly related to the degree of skin dryness. The use of Ceramides Mixture can significantly enhance the adhesion between keratinocytes, improve the degree of skin dryness and reduce skin desquamation.
Moisturizing effect
Ceramides Mixture have a strong ability to associate water molecules and maintain skin moisture by forming a network in the stratum corneum. Therefore, Ceramides Mixture has the effect of keeping skin moisture.
Anti-aging effect
Ceramides Mixture can improve dry skin, desquamation, roughness and other conditions; At the same time, Ceramides Mixture can increase the thickness of cuticle, improve the water holding capacity of skin, reduce wrinkles, enhance skin elasticity, and delay skin aging.
Function of cells
Some experimental studies have shown that Ceramides Mixture can regulate cell growth variation, induce cell apoptosis and other cellular functions
