What Is Conjugated Linoleic Acid?

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is the general term  for all mixtures of stereoand positional isomers of linoleic acid.

Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a polyunsaturated fatty acid, is an essential fatty acid that cannot be synthesized by the human body.

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is found naturally in meat and dairy products such as grass-fed beef and full-fat dairy products. Moderate intake of conjugated linoleic acid is beneficial to health.
