What Is Oleic acid? 

Oleic acid is a monounsaturated Omega-9 fatty acid found in plants and animals. Its chemical formula is C18H34O2, the appearance of a colorless oily liquid, insoluble in water, but can be miscible in alcohol, ether, soluble in benzene, chloroform. Oleic acid is widely found in nature in animal and vegetable oils, such as olive oil, camellia oil and peanut oil have a high content.
